The float will debut on January 1, 2027 as part of the 138th Rose Parade Presented by Honda under the theme “Welcome.” EL ARCA’s entry reflects the organization’s mission to create a compassionate environment where every person is valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

EL ARCA’s debut Rose Parade float, “A Safe Place to Belong,” features a towering white tiger mother with expansive animated wings and two playful cubs set within a lush tropical landscape. With dramatic height, movement, and water features, the float brings EL ARCA’s mission of protection, dignity, and belonging to life in a vivid, unexpected way — offering visuals best experienced in person.

Volunteer Opportunities for Float Decorating
EL ARCA is inviting community members, families, business groups, and supporters to help decorate the float beginning September 1st at the Fiesta Productions float facility in Irwindale.
Volunteers assist with applying flowers, seeds, bark, fruits, vegetables, grasses, and other natural materials — a hands‑on tradition that brings each float to life.
